Applications are available for scholarships to undertake full time study on the unique MSc Social Business and Microfinance programme at Glasgow Caledonian University.
This programme, the first of its kind in the world, will support your passion with the knowledge and skills to implement positive social change. You’ll explore social entrepreneurship, contemporary issues for business and society, and management strategy, developing your creative and critical thinking about social problems and potential solutions.
“Social business is a complement to traditional profit-maximising business. Social business takes into account the multi-dimensional nature of human beings and uses business principles to achieve one or more social goals.” Muhammad Yunus, Nobel Laureate and Chancellor of Glasgow Caledonian University
Scholarships will be awarded on an overall assessment of merit to students from both within and from outside the EU, and will cover the full course fee.
The closing date for Scholarship applications is 31st May 2016. Programme and application details can be found at: www.gcu.ac.uk/socialbusiness
