Dear Helmut,
thanks for replying to my questions.
The durations for the conditions where derived from the duration of the
slow calcium wave. They typically last 0.6 to 4.5 seconds. We have
detected around 300 slow waves during a 1800 second MRI measurement,
they are jittered and distributed in a non periodic manner. The trials
overlap in terms of their hemodynamic response: when the second slow
wave occurs, the hemodynamic response of the first slow wave is still
present. So their responses sometimes overlap highly. We only use one
condition (presence of a slow wave).
