Dear all,
I am hoping someone can help with this problem when I run PROBTRACKX:(copy pasted error log below with more details to follow):

The above occurs every time, but only when I run FSL while connected to the institution's server (which has a working cluster of computers). I should emphasize I have no problems running other FSL' related programs this way via the server - only FDT-PROBTRACKX. I was able to start the program on my own computer - but, it is way too slow - after 22 hours reaching only volume #4 I gave up and killed the process. I am using a Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit 6.1.7601, Service Pack 1 where I'm using VMware® Workstation 12 Player (12.0.1 build-3160714) for CentOS release 6.7 (Final) running on it. I have dedicated 6Gb for the virtual machine with 60Gb of hard-drive and about 10Gb available. I rely on the ability to run FSL via the server - so I am hoping I can do something to fix this.
Unfortunately I do not know much about the server set-up by the institution, but I have not heard any complaints from other users. Please help if you think you can?
Thanks,
Jonatan
