Dear Esra Bici,
The body of theory and scholarship concerning design and sociology has many traditions. Participatory Design is one tradition that you could look into to start to do research into user groups and class. Participatory Design is a progressive and active research tradition and it's origins can be traced back to 'democracy at work' projects between researchers and trade unions concerning systems design in Scandinavia in the 1970s. An important early text from this tradition is:
Bjerkness, G., Ehn, P., & Kyng, M. (1989). Computers and democracy: a Scandinavian challenge. Aldershot: Avebury
Best regards,
Luke
