We are delighted to announce a Call for Abstracts for the “Carbon in the Universe” session at this year’s National Astronomy Meeting (NAM) at The University of Nottingham.
The meeting runs from Monday 27th June until Friday 1st July, and our “Carbon in the Universe” session is provisionally scheduled for the final day; Friday 1st July.
Our session aims at discussing recent observational, laboratory and theoretical results relating to carbon containing species. More details can be found through the following link:
https://nam2016.org/science-programme/parallel-sessions/details/2/23
This call is open for oral and poster presentations. Oral presentations should be 12 minutes, with 3 minutes for questions. Abstract submission is made through the NAM website via the “Science Programme” -> “Abstract Submission” tabs. You do not need to register in order to submit an abstract. The deadline for abstract submission is Friday 8th April.
We are extremely keen to encourage early career researchers (PhD students, Post-docs) to apply for oral presentations.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
