Dear FSL experts,
I am working with MELODIC and concerning two problems:
1. In the main page, Concatenate ICA is stated that the data matrix will be stacked on top of each other. I don't really understand this. Does it mean that it will create a 3-rd order tensor which each component in one dimension is data matrix from each input.
2. I am running Concat ICA for 107 subjects with a design matrix is a .mat file store a column containing 107 rows in which each row is 1 ; and the contrast is a .con file contain only a number 1. I wonder how mathematically these .mat and .con file contribute to the ICA computation.
More over, at the end of the report of each IC, there is a table showing p value from an F-test, GLM beta and z value of COPE. What dose those numbers mean and is there any relationship between them and the design matrix, contrast.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards.
