Since you want free sources, there is another database that links to all
sources cited for the free full text.
PUBMED Central
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/
186024 hits for disability or disabilities
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/?term=disability+OR+disabilities
This should not stop one from checking the other databases, clicking on
links and determining if the full text is available at no cost. Otherwise
you will miss a large body of content. Also, relying on only open access
journals will miss content such as authors putting their published
articles online on their own space and provide some open access journals
whose content is questionable.

One can also search in GOOGLE, specific article titles found in the
databases in the earlier post, putting the title in quotation marks and
find free full text in one or more of the links found with those searches.
You of course in any of the databases can search terms you want more
sources about such as say multiple sclerosis, I just used my pair of
search terms to illustrate.
