Does anyone on a Blackboard managed-hosted installation use EvaSys?
I installed the building block on our test system, but it seemingly fails to connect.
EvaSys asked us to ask Blackboard to confirm that the Blackboard server can access EvaSys URls below, and they did (adding that they can't assist in troubleshooting the issue).
I wouldn't expect that there's anything especially strange about our Blackboard; if it works for one managed-hosted system, should for all, right?
Anyone had a similar experience?
