In our Healthcare Analytics team we're looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Clinical Analytics teams.
This position owns performance of analytic operations in support of Provider, Claims and Care Management, providing insights and reporting and is jointly accountable with the Directors in those areas for delivery of the Healthcare Leadership Savings, in excess of £130m annually. The role is responsible for delivery against targets within UK Customer and for providing direction and support to other Bupa businesses in the UK and abroad. The Senior Manager is responsible for building links and foster key stakeholder relationships with other teams and business units. They are representing Bupa as a subject matter expert in their field across the Healthcare industry in the UK and beyond, internally or externally.
Qualifications, Training & Experience:
In depth knowledge and understanding of the Health Care Industry, with an expert understanding of health care economics and outcomes.
Demonstrated understanding of the PMI and Disease Management industry and the key concepts used at analysing healthcare data.
Strong improvement orientation, resilience and personal drive
8+ years of experience managing large analytic teams of diverse
8+ backgrounds & skills
Experience working in matrix management organizations Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different organizations and personalities
8+ years of experience in executive analytics with experience designing and building executive level, convincing, business presentations.
Proven track record of driving insightful findings from data, preferably in a healthcare setting.
10+ years of technical leadership experience in data analytics
Master's Degree preferably in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or other related field.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Self-motivated individual. Able to motivate others.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
High level of professional maturity.
Ability to build teams and resolve conflict.
