The Trinity Health Kidney Centre, School of Medicine, Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin is looking to offer a 12 month contract for a research fellow with specific data science and computational statistics skills to work on a collaborative project between the Trinity Health Kidney Centre (www.thkc.ie) and the School of Computer Science and Statistics (https://www.scss.tcd.ie/).

The proposed project leverages off an extensive rare disease registry and biobank (http://www.medicine.tcd.ie/thkc/research/RKD-Registry-Biobank.php) to generate a longitudinal granular phenotype which we aim to link to environmental and wearable device data streams.
