You have the normal duty of care to others which arises "where one individual or group undertakes an activity which could reasonably harm another, either physically, mentally, or economically.” (Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duty_of_care_in_English_law)
Also, if you are going underground in a professional capacity or as part of your work for your employer the provisions of the 1974 Health and Safety at Work Act apply.
