Thanks for your quick reply. It seems that this hurdle has been taken, but I still get te same message. Now I think it's R that needs a package, as this is what I found in the logs:
library(party)
Error in library(party) : there is no package called ‘party’
Execution halted
I use the fsl virtual machine and installed EPEL. Then I installed R using 'sudo yum install R'. Next I installed the 'party' package using 'install.packages("party", repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org")' after opening a R command shell.
Is there anything that I should do differently?
