Although your Spanish is good, your Logics don't.
María’s disclaimer says that no other person but her may use her email address. Only her can use it. Especially, what the disclaimer also says is that you shouldn’t subscribe Maria’s address into any list, against her will.
Also, sometimes, automatic systems place those disclaimers regardless of sender’s will.
Regarding such a short post, I find particularly unpleasant your remark.
Although I agree that designers should unite, they probably will find better causes to unite for.
