multiple domain management within google apps is straight forward, and I
dont see office 365 being any more difficult although im not as familiar.
I would have said either would be fine, just go for the client your most
comfortable with. user training is always going to be the biggest issue and
thats where o365 scores as most people like outlook ( for some reason :-) )
