Nobody has gone to SL7 for grid services because the software is not
ready yet. It might be for some services, but not for all; and the
experiments haven't yet said they are ready though they are working on
it. I assume there will be another WLCG TF to coordinate the transition
but the issue hasn't come up yet in WLCG Ops.
