Dear All,
I have to revive this thread because update 7.0.001 changes the monomers library in a way that jligand cannot read it any more. The only solution is to not install this update. Sorry I cannot provide additional details on which new “feature” in the library upsets jligand, but it would be very nice to have this resolved…
