What is the correlation coefficient between the behavioral measures in columns 2 to 4?
The results are disturbingly exactly similar, and I see no obvious errors in what you have presented.
As a test, one method might be to test each variable in a new regression separately. That is, run a new regression including a single covariate each time. See how similar they look.
Something clearly went wrong. But I can't think of a good reason for the overlapping results unless the covariates were almost perfectly correlated.
