Hi Kimberley and Vicki
We did raise this issue with EBSCO at the JIBS Enhancement Group meeting in
December. It's obviously a really tricky one to get to the bottom of,
because it's hard to replicate and is intermittent and/or only affects some
users. I'll ask them to post an update to this list.
