Dear Guillaume,
I'm using the latest version but I don't have the "previous" folder because I didn't install an update. I download and installed the latest package of SPM12 from the web yesterday. If you thing it would be the problem, I will try to obtain an earlier version. Anyway, I send you de m-files.
Thanks a lot.
Laura.

Dear Laura,
which version of the SPM standalone are you using? If using the latest (r6685), could you try again with an earlier version (that you can find in the "previous" folder of where you got your current copy)?
Also, it would be useful if you could send me the M-files nipype generated - I can think of one issue with mfilename that would generate the error you received.
Best regards,
Guillaume.

Subject: [SPM] SPM12 and nipype
Hello,
I'm trying to use the node "Coregister" of nipype with SPM12 standalone. It starts and launchs the matlab runtime with SPM12 and generates the pyscript.m and pyscript_coregister.m but fails with the next error:
Standard error:
Error using fprintf
Function is not defined for 'function_handle' inputs.
Error in spm (line 1201)
Error in spm_standalone (line 44)
MATLAB:printf:invalidInputType
Return code: 255
Interface MatlabCommand failed to run.
Interface Coregister failed to run.
However, when I launch pyscript_coregister.m from MATLAB and SPM12, it runs correctly.
Could someone help me?
Thanks.
Laura.
