Dear Daniel,
there was a bug with FieldTrip that has now been fixed:
http://bugzilla.fieldtriptoolbox.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2913
We will make a public update of SPM12 soon that hopefully contains all
relevant fixes for R2015b. In the meantime I'll send you a beta version
in a separate email - anyone else needing that version is welcome to
email me for a copy.
Best regards,
Guillaume.
