... have you tried typing
HELP MEMORY
for your options? Also, if you want help on a specific problem, you
should specify what exactly you are doing, which software and Matlab
version, which operating system, what machine etc. Without this
information, it is hard to know what went wrong. For example, I am
unsure why you would want to do realignment when you are processing
structural data.

resource for answers.
