Dear Sergio,
if you search through the mailing list, you should find some scripts
that will do what you want. If you are using SPM12 and installed the AAL
atlas as described by its authors, you should be able to use the
following piece of code:
AAL = spm_atlas('load','AAL');
labels = spm_atlas('select',AAL,'.*');
for i=1:numel(labels)
V = spm_atlas('mask',AAL,labels{i});
V.fname = [labels{i} '.nii'];
spm_write_vol(V,V.dat);
end
