Bookings are open for the first ARLG SW event of 2016! Join us on 11th February at The Museum of Somerset, Taunton to share experience and best practice in customer service and the user experience. This event is aimed at front line staff including Library Assistants and Learning Resource Assistants. Though the focus will be on academic libraries (both FE and HE), all are welcome.
Five experienced speakers will share a wealth of knowledge on topics including building customer relationships, engaging with customers with hidden disabilities, using social media, producing great displays, and dealing with challenging behaviour. There will also be plenty of opportunities for attendees to network with those in similar roles across the South West.
