Hi Maarten,
Thanks for your reply.
I've attached some information regarding the data, I checked that it is complete. I did fslhd and fslstat on the subject that ICA-AROMA did not perform on and on a random subject that ICA-AROMA completed on.
Attached you will find:
1. fslhd+fslstats.docx with in the left column (2001212) the subject with the "bad" data and in the right column a subject on which ICA-AROMA completed.
2. report_log_feat.html: the feat report of this subject (2001212), which was the input for ICA-AROMA 3. logICA_AROMA-MELODIC_txt: the melodic report within ICA-AROMA, which says: "no convergence", and it did not calculate the components.
4. report_log_melodic_ica.html: is the Melodic (GUI) report file of the subject (2001212); I ran Melodic on this subject to see why Melodic did not work in the ICA-AROMA script. In this report it says: "Inconsistent orientations for individual images in pipeline! Will use voxel-based orientation which is probably incorrect - *PLEASE CHECK*!" However Melodic still calculated the components, despite of this warning. And we didn't see anything wrong with the orientation.
We didn't see anything wrong with the data of this subject (or maybe we missed something), so I hope you can help me out.
Thank you.
