Dear list,
I am using oxford_asl and asl_calib (on fsl5.0 in a neurodebian VM) to calculate and calibrate the perfusion. Images were acquired on a philips 3T (pcASL single delay).
I have very high values of CBF (>100 until 200) in my ROI (insula).
So I tried different things, especially I first do not set the labelling efficiency (so I guess the default is 0.85) and after asking to Philips I set it to 0.95. But, at the end, the values were exactly the same. It is surprising, isn’t it ?
Does it mean that the option -alpha is meaningless ? or is there a bug ?
thank you to read me (and may be answer)
Isabelle
what I used :
fsl5.0-oxford_asl -i diffData --tis $Ti --casl (--alpha 0.95) --bolus 1.6 --bat 1.3 --t1 1.3 --t1b 1.6 --fixbolus --spatial -m T1_mask2ASLmean
fsl5.0-asl_calib -i analyse/native_space/perfusion --tissref csf -m T1_CSF2ASLmean --bmask T1_mask2ASLmean -c M0_mcf --mode longtr --tr $TR_M0
I seems that I need to scale images (M0 and ASL do not have the same scale factor)… processes are running again...
