I have re-installed the mod/lti directory from the lti.zip file to make
sure that file is clean.
I have checked inc_global.php has this: -
// define installed modules
$INSTALLED_MODS = array();
$INSTALLED_MODS[] = 'lti';
Doesn't that mean that a module is installed?
