Dear FSL experts,
After preprocessing my data (114 subjects, in 1 batch) with Feat, as described in Pruim et al.; I started ICA-AROMA; However
running ICA-AROMA on one of the subjects leads to this error (I've attached the melodic log file.)
------------------------------- RUNNING ICA-AROMA -------------------------------
--------------- 'ICA-based Automatic Removal Of Motion Artifacts' ---------------
Step 1) MELODIC
No convergence after 500 steps

ValueError: could not convert string to float: ERROR: Could not open file
There was no error reported when running feat on the subjects, the output files of Feat are complete in the .feat directory.
I also tried to pre-proces this subject on it's own, but it gives me the same error when running ICA-AROMA.
ICA-AROMA did just fine on the other subjects.
*Running Melodic (GUI) on this subjects didn't give me any errors and calculated the components, however it doesn't seem to do this inside the ICA-AROMA script.
I'm wondering if you could help me out with this.
Thank you!
Kind regards,
Santoucha
