Dear Curwen,
That that I am aware of... unless you can use google analytics unfiltered in some way to trace the pages used?
Yours,

Subject: Help with renewal report
Dear fellow III people.
Is it possible to run a report showing renewal attempts on WebPac/Encore for an individual user?
I can see all the various statistical reports about the numbers of renewals carried out on a given date, but not by individuals. Tried looking at web management reports and innovative web management reports.
Thanks
Curwen
