Dear FSL experts,
I have a novice question regarding the use of seed-based analysis for my resting state data.
I understand that I can obtain a timecourse for my seed (such as the left M1) by using fslmeants on the res4d file (which has undergone preprocessing and removal of nuisance regressors in FEAT). Afterwards, I can input this timecourse into a first-level FEAT analysis to obtain a subject's resting state network, such as the motor network. However, is it possible to obtain a timecourse for the subject's motor network that I just got from the FEAT analysis? In other words, if I use the subject's motor network (generated from FEAT) as my mask, what file do I input into fslmeants such that I can obtain the subject's average timecourse for their motor network?
I appreciate any insight you may have.
Regards,
Timothy
