Hello,
I have been playing around with relion_project script. I am able to generate 1 back-projection at a time at given angles (arguments --rot, --tilt, --psi).
I could not execute the script with argument '--ang' which seems to be the key when attempting to generate a series of back-projections. What kind of file do I need to add to the '--ang' argument to make the script generate such a series? Input format says a .star file, but I had no success using .star files with 2d or 3d classes.
The second part of my question is this: does finding the best matching 2D classes and re-projections means that is done just by eye?
Regards,
Maciej
