I would be interested to know what people think about the need (or lack
thereof) to test for or adjust for potential carry over (or
period-by-time effect) when analyzing data from a simple AB/BA
cross-over trial (i.e. a two-period, two treatment trial in which
subjects are randomized to receive either treatment A or B first.).
