I put the ticket on hold. If the site is opportunistic it shouldn't get
the tests at all, i.e. it should be removed from the list of tested
sites. If it isn't, someone should bring to EGI the problem and they
should develop adequate tests. Said that there are days in which UCL
results 100% so something must be working.

For ATLAS it has been removed from the vofeed that generates the list of
sites to include in the report before the summer and since the
decomissioning of the storage in early September it doesn't have any SAM
tests probes running at all.
