Dear FSL BASIL experts,
How accurate is the estimation of CBF within white matter when applying the
partial volume correction in oxford_asl in a single delay data set?
In the paper Chappell, MRM, 2011, page 1182, it said that "... 68.1% of voxels passed statistical testing using a one-tailed P-value threshold of 0.05".
Since we used a single TI, at which TI do you think does the CBF estimation in WM start to get significantly different from zero?
In the paper Chappell, MRM, 2011, page 1182 for multiple TI it says: "For WM CBF estimation early TIs will not contribute, due to the
prolonged WM BAT."
Thanks in advance for the answer,
