Iím hoping to display changes in edge connectivity, identified using FSLNets, with nets_netweb. Essentially I would like to keep all the components in a circle with the hierarchical clustering layout and underlying connectivity in light grey (which can already be done quite simply with nets_examples). I would then like to highlight a specific edge (blue for negative and red for positive) between two of these components that has been identified (with nets_glm) as showing a significant change (in my case with age). All the other edges would remain grey. This is a bit like what nets_edgepics is trying to do.
Is this possible? Alternatively, if it isnít actually possible, Iím guessing there is a good reason why this approach isnít valid (and which I havenít figured out yet)? I suppose one reason might be that nets_netweb is is built from a correlation matrix and some of the edges that change arenít actually present for a given (arbitrary) threshold. However, it would be a concise way of displaying multivariate data, so I felt it worth exploring.
