Spectra were calibrated with IUPAC xi-factors for DSS.
And it is easy to check with Bruker's processing parameters SF ("Spectrometers Frequency").
This values can be extract from procs, proc2s and proc3s files.
For 1H from procs: ##$SF= 600.299891379997
For 15N from proc2s: ##$SF= 60.8278585290003
For 13C from proc3s: ##$SF= 150.945125546997
Check:
13C: 150.9451255 / 600.2998914 = 0.251449530 IUPAC_DSS= 0.251449530
15N : 60.8278585 / 600.2998914 = 0.101329118 IUPAC_DSS= 0.101329118
In ExperimentBasic.py " # check for misreferencing" following value is used:
ratio = baseFreqC/baseFreqH
Simple debug shows that it values are equal to acquisition Bruker's parameters BF("Basic transmitter frequency").
Value of this parameters are located in acqus, acqu2s and acqu3s. And it ratio corresponds TMS xi-scale (probably by default for Bruker spectrometers?)
