Hi Rachel,
I just wanted to add that you should draw up a list of what your
requirements are and check those off as you look through the suppliers that
everyone's suggested. Not every supplier will work as well for you as it
does for the person recommending it.
I think it's also worth trying to book something with each supplier you
look at to get a sense of the user journey. Even if you only go as far as
the screen where you have to enter credit card details.
