Dear FM List,
I am researching for a project that aims to resettle communities of Christian Refugees from Syria that to an Orthodox Christian area of Eastern Europe. I been tasked with some research into Christians who have moved into Iraq, where I have worked previously. My understanding is that these families and communities are concentrated in the north of Iraq, in the Kurdistan Region.
I am looking for information on the location and demographics of the new Syrian Christian Diaspora in Iraq. If you have information or connections to the Christian community in that area, please could you get in contact.
Thank you very much.
Kind regards,
Tom
