Dear all,
Earlier this month, LankellyChase launched a tender for the design and delivery of a new ‘knowledge hub’ on ethnic inequality and severe multiple disadvantage, with an initial focus on mental health.
The aim of the project is to put available knowledge to use as a tool for change, and a total funding envelope of £1.25m over 5 years is available for this work.
Details of the tender are available here: http://www.lankellychase.org.uk/news_events/521_opportunity_to_tender_ethnic_inequality_in_mental_health_knowledge_and_change.
We anticipate that a partnership or consortium will be best placed to deliver the work, and have received a number of queries about how to contact other interested individuals/parties. Therefore, to support the tender, allow debate and enable individuals and potential consortia to connect with each other, we have created a LinkedIn Group to help make a space where people can discuss the issues and meet potential collaborators.
You can find out more and join the LinkedIn group here: https://www.linkedin.com/company/the-lankellychase-foundation?trk=top_nav_home.
We have also started to use the hashtag #eimhtender to help people connect on Twitter.
The deadline for expressions of interest is October 12th, so we hope that you are able to use the next few weeks to make connections and explore the partnerships that will make the ‘knowledge hub’ a success.
Best wishes,
Oliver
