Matt
I don't have a problem on my PC.
IE11
Blackboard version 9.1.201410.160373 (Oct 2014 with all CUs applied)
Turnitin Basic 2.6.4 pointing to turnitinuk.com
I don't see Turnitin listed as a Trusted Site when I go into IE, but when the new URL was first introduced I alerted IT, who wrote that "turnitinuk.com has been added to the existing service group in the firewall". So that could be relevant?
all the best
Andy

Subject: TurnItIn Building Block: batch downloading with IE
Hi All
We have the TurnItIn building block 2.6.3 for Blackboard (running 9.1 April 2014 CU5).
As an instructor you can tick multiple assignments and a download button appears allowing you to download submissions or grade mark papers. Upon clicking on this button a new window opens containing download links.
We have found that we can download those links using Firefox or Chrome, but not IE. When we click on the links using IE nothing happens.
TurnItIn say they cannot replicate this. If you have TurnItIn with Blackboard and you have time to test I would be very interested to know if this issue is affecting any other institutions.
Cheers
Matt
