Our customer data will be more incisive and more accurate than ever before, thanks to you. As a Data Quality Analyst, you’ll offer real expertise to our Customer Insights and Customer Analytics teams. Not to mention developing the ‘single customer view’ as part of our Helios project.
As a Data Quality Analyst you’ll:
Be responsible for the quality of customer data – ensuring everything from accuracy to time management
Manage the process that allow us to load and transform third party data as well as other ad-hoc data processing requests
Vigilantly investigate poor data quality and anomalies while also resolving customer and product data quality issues
Work with Customer Analytics to derive new data for the marketing database using SAS
Offer outstanding support to the Customer Data Senior Business Analyst on other projects when needed
