Dear all,
I need to perform intra-modal rigid body registrations of data with sub-millimetre resolution and I would like to use flirt. When I was searching for information on the various flags that I thought may be relevant (-interp -noresample -minsampling –finesearch), I found this rather old entry from the mailing list that says that flirt does not sample at less than 1mm, no matter what the – minsampling flag says.
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind02&L=FSL&P=R40784&1=FSL&9=A&J=on&df=No+Match%3BMatch%3BMatches&z=4
Since this was many FSL versions ago, my question is whether this still holds. I could not find anything about this on the mailing list or in the documentation.
Best,
Ingo
