Dear all
Different countries have implemented different strategies to achieve
labor market inclusion of disabled people.
In Nepal, most of the educated individuals with visual impairments
involve in teaching jobs in mainstream schools for students without
disabilities, exactly in line with their non-disabled colleagues.
There maybe other countries with the similar cases but to my best
knowledge, there was no study bringing this important evidence in the
academic world.
Recently, international journal of inclusive education has published
my work on this issue and you can access it in the following link:

Unlike my previous works with econometric analysis, this paper
introduces Nepal's employment policy with qualitative and descriptive
findings.
Warmly
Kamal
