** With apologies for cross posting **
Dear colleagues,
We're wondering if anyone has experience they are willing to share concerning the use of a desktop label printer to produce printed labels for paper folders in a records management system. We are concerned to ensure that:
1. The labels adhere to the folders, in some cases for archival time periods
2. The printing on the labels remains legible, again in some cases for archival time periods.
When not in use folders are kept in filing cabinets or records management boxes.
We'd be grateful for suggestions and advice.
Thanks in advance,
Khush
