**Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTA)
**University of Wales: Trinity Saint David.
The School of Archaeology, History and Anthropology are looking for 3
Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTA). The GTAs are designed to provide
postgraduate research students (or those who have recently submitted
their MPhil/ PhD) with an eye on a possible future career in Higher
Education, with experience of working in a busy academic School, in each
of our three main subject areas of Archaeology, History and
Anthropology. The opportunity will include provision of a suitable
setting in which to continue their research, including office space,
access to the Library, use of a computer, and an e-mail account. The
GTA’s will have experience of teaching and/ or lecturing in a range of
areas, and of running a weekly seminar group at level 4. They will make
a contribution to the School research seminars, by both giving a paper
and helping to organise the seminars.
Each GTA is worth £1400.
