I think that's fair, but as Winnie says, there's a lot of historical stuff on the GridPP wiki that makes it look a lot more complicated than it is now. We really should have a bit of a clear out at some point.
I believe the necessary steps now are:
- Install the current cvmfs and cvmfs-config-default,
- Create the local config in /etc/cvmfs/default.local,
- Twiddle the appropriate /etc/auto.master and /etc/fuse.conf bits,
- Add a /etc/cvmfs/domain.d/gridpp.ac.uk.conf and /etc/cvmfs/keys/gridpp.ac.uk.pub to set things up for the gridpp local repos (e.g. the regional ones),
And I didn't think we were using cvmfs-keys packages any more; didn't they get obsoleted by the cvmfs-config-xxxxx style?
