Currently using paper box and has awful seated posture as result as my luck goes she is 95% desk based and cannot change roles to move frequently. When standing her feet swell even more GP says walking will help but it will resolve with time. (ie when she has her baby!) She is desperate to remain at work but is starting with back pain due to sitting with feet raised. I'm a little stumped as what to advise, other than regular changes of posture. what do others do with these cases?
