Dear FSL experts and community,
I am interested in using TBSS to look at the mean diffusivity between groups.
Things were running without a problem until I used the tbss_non_FA MD command. The command creates the all_MD.nii.gz file, but seems to fail when projecting to the FA skeleton. Below is the error message.
merging all upsampled MD images into single 4D image
projecting all_MD onto mean FA skeleton
Image Exception : #5 :: Out of Bounds (time index)
libc++abi.dylib: terminate called throwing an exception
/usr/local/fsl/bin/tbss_non_FA: line 104: 10727 Abort trap: 6 ${FSLDIR}/bin/tbss_skeleton -i mean_FA -p $thresh mean_FA_skeleton_mask_dst ${FSLDIR}/data/standard/LowerCingulum_1mm all_FA all_${ALTIM}_skeletonised -a all_$ALTIM
I'm not sure why it is failing. The TBSS analysis steps for my FA data ran without error.
The working directory has 4 folders; "FA" "MD" "origdata" "stats" and I renamed the nii.gz files in the MD folder to match the files in the FA folder, as instructed.
Any assistance on trouble shooting this would be greatly appreciated!
Best,
Victor
