I see this error on my CentOS6/NVIDIA (NVidia drivers 340 and 352 from ELREPO depending on hardware) machines using analysis compiled from source code against the stock python 2.6 and Tcl/Tk 8.5, but it doesn't cause any problems with the operation of the program. Does your analysis run and display?
I think the issue is to do with interaction between the X server and the graphics drivers. swrast is a fallback software only driver - you don't want it to be used.

Hmm, sounds like a driver issue, but it could be a library issue. Do either of the following files exist:
/usr/lib64/dri/tls/swrast_dri.so
/usr/lib64/dri/swrast_dri.so
If they do exist then for some reason the code doesn’t think they are valid.
If they don’t exist and you do
locate swrast_dri.so
does that find anything? If so you could try adding that directory to the LD_LIBRARY_PATH in the bin/analysis script.
Does glxgears works?

I am not sure if I am pointing to the correct files in the environmens setup file, or if it is a nvidia driver issue. I am currently running Analysis version 2.4.1 on my 64-bit CentOS 6.6 system. The Nvidia driver version I am running is 346.59. I get the following error in the terminal, when trying to view a backbone spectrum:
