Hi James and Adam,
We have noticed this too and it can cause quite a few problems especially because there are multiple markers involved. It can become especially tricky if you are using scoring rubrics both for calculating the grade and for providing feedback!
In the case of an emergency, you should be able to hide the markers' feedback though either by unticking the "Show Graders' Feedback and Rubrics (if applicable) to student" box in the detailed view in the Reconcile Grades area or by hiding it for all students by disabling delegated marking.
Kind regards,

Hi James,
Yes, I've noticed this too and just gone back to check the delegated marking feature.
The feedback does becomes un-editable once the grades have been reconciled.
The only option is to enter comments in the reconciler learner feedback but the feedback by the original markers is fixed.
We are updating to the Bb version that includes delegated marking so don't have any current experience to indicate if this would be an issue but anticipate it being something to make our staff aware of as part of the timing in the marking process.

Subject: Delegated marking
hi
In testing delegated marking we noticed that once the reconciling of grades has occurred both sets of feedback are shown to the student and that feedback then becomes un-editable by any of the tutors.
1. Have i missed something?
2. Has blackboard missed something?
3. has this caused an issue for anyone using delegated marking?
many thanks
