Dear FSL experts,
I am analysing fMRI images using MELODIC. The paradigm implemented during the fMRI acquisition included two blocks (contrast and activation, 28 seconds each). The FEAT (not MELODIC) manual advices that <A sensible setting in the case of an rArA type block design is the (r+A) total cycle time>. So, I just wanted to verify that the appropiate high pass filter cut off for my design would be (28 seconds+28 seconds=56), and not [2 x (28+28)]=112 seconds, although the advice is to use a cut-off as low as possible to a minimum of about 100s cut-off.
Thank you in advance,
Oiane
